I'm finally posting this picture and caption on 11-19-08 to let everyone know that I've given up on taking a new photo everyday. This wasn't a planned end to this commitment I've made for 1391 days in a row. I simply forgot to take a picture on 11-03-08. When I realized the next day that I hadn't taken a photo, I was a little upset with myself, but I was also relieved. I think the novelty of this project had faded, and the fact that I had broken the routine made for a good time to stop.
I've taken a few weeks off now, and I definitely feel something is missing, but I also feel relieved. I will probably try to come up with an alternative project to keep this website active. Maybe a photo of the week- or maybe just random photos posted at random times. Stay tuned....
